Livingston Lake House
This is an add-on project that we build on Lake Livingston. We replaced the windows, siding, new porch & added an outdoor living space with kitchen.
It's all in the details for this beauty.
Custom corbels supporting the soffit on the gables bring a little bit of historic depth.
The porch columns are square with a block panel wainscot for the perfect amount of southern charm.
Modified craftsman trim around new vinyl grid between glass windows is a small detail that creates a big impression.
The new custom vinyl picture windows steal the show on this rear view.
New white porch railing line the perimeter of this outdoor living space.
