Livingston Custom Homes, located in Livingston Texas, is a family-owned and operated business. Today, the 2nd and 3rd generation of the McGaha family own and operate the business.

     Jim R. McGaha began in the construction business in 1957. James followed in his father’s footsteps, as did Justin in James' footsteps. Today, there is a combined history of over 100 years of experience in our company.

     We build custom homes, spec homes & log homes. We're a general contractor specializing in home additions, kitchen & bathroom remodels.
