Livingston Custom Homes is a family-owned and operated business. Today, the 2nd and 3rd generation of the McGaha family own and operate the business.

     Jim R. McGaha began in the construction business in 1957. James followed in his father’s footsteps, as did Justin in James' footsteps. Today, there is a combined history of over 100 years of experience in our company.​

     We build custom homes, log homes & speculative homes. We're a commercial contractor who has worked on 1st State Bank Livingston Downtown, 1st State Bank HWY 190, Peoples State Bank Livingston, Livingston ISD, Goodrich ISD, Simpsons Hearing Aid Center and many more.
