Windows, Doors & What does dry-in really mean?

Once framing it completed, we will start the dry-in process. Dry-in on a new construction house means the foundation is poured, the walls are framed, the roofing is completed, the exterior doors, windows & siding are on. This will be the exterior look of this home once dry-in is completed (less the lights.)
